Getting started

After signing up, complete your profile (height, weight, goals, dietary preferences). The app uses this to personalize your meal plans and AI coach guidance.

Forgot password

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link. You can also sign in via a one-time magic link instead of a password.

AI Coach

The AI Coach gives nutrition and wellness guidance based on your profile, lab results, and goals. It does not provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions. For any medical concern, please consult a healthcare professional.

Lab reports

Upload PDF lab reports from Profile → Health Reports. The app reads your biomarkers and uses them to personalize supplement and nutrition recommendations.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscription unlocks unlimited AI coach messages, full 7-day plans, and advanced analytics. Manage your subscription from Profile → Subscription.

Delete your account

Visit /delete-account or email us. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days.

Email us at support@nourishstar.com with details. Screenshots and your device model help us reproduce issues faster.
